Confirmation of Agenda / Any New Agenda Items

Minutes of Previous Meeting
Minutes were read from the 4th April 2007. The minutes were accepted as true reflection of the meeting's proceedings. Moved by: Chaya Lakhani Seconded by: Vani Moodley
Matters Arising
There were no matters arising.
Chairperson's Report and Adoption
Vani Moodley read the Chairperson’s report. Copies were distributed to all attendees and will be made available on the BWA website. The Chairpersons report was adopted and moved by: Dana Juta seconded by: Farzanah Mall.
Treasurer's Report and Adoption
The 2006/2007 un-audited financial statements were distributed to all attendees. Margaret Kruger, the treasurer prepared and read the report. The Treasurers report was adopted and moved by: Nina Hausser and seconded by Chaya Lakhani.
The Chairperson indicated that she had just returned from a National Stategy meeting of the BWA that another sponsor has been secured to cover the co-ordinators salaries countrywide.
