Minutes of Previous Meeting
Minutes were read from the 28th February 2008. The minutes were accepted as true reflection of the meeting's proceedings. Moved by: Dana Juta. Seconded by: Ann Druce.
Matters Arising
There were no matters arising.
Chairperson's Report and Adoption
Vani Moodley read the Chairperson’s report. Copies were distributed to all attendees and will be made available on the BWA website. The Chairpersons report was adopted and moved by: Susan Abro. Seconded by: Nimo Naidoo.
Treasurers Report and Adoption
The 2008 un-audited financial statements were not distributed to all attendees but will be made available on the BWA website. Margaret Kruger, the treasurer, prepared and read the report. The Treasurers report was adopted and moved by: Leanne Hughes and seconded by Sharalene Randelhoff.

Word of Thanks
The Chairperson closed by thanking PWC for hosting BWAs 9th AGM, Susan Abro for her sponsorship, the members and the committee for their continuous commitment.
Susan Abro added a word of thanks to the outgoing Chair for her dedication and involvement in the functioning of the BWA and for all she has done for the organization during her years in office.
