Her love for design guided her to start Black Ginger, a body accessory company for jewelry and gift sets. Yasmeen is the Treasurer of BWA in the Durban region. She is a qualified chartered accountant, and holds a Masters degree in Financial Accounting and a Masters degree in Taxation. During her time at SARS, she worked on a variety of different types of taxpayers, ranging from listed companies to individuals and trusts.
