The committee would like to thank all the participants who have added to and benefited from the Mini MBA – a new programme from BWA.

The response from those that have attended has been wonderful and the committee trusts that the next few sessions will be as insightful for attendees and their businesses.

The programme has striven at all times to keep in mind that participants need a practical hands on approach to their business in order to assist in making the right decisions and changes in order to run a profitable business (large or small).

• August: Your IT needs - Sandy Pullinger, MD Nfold
• What do you need to set up your technology for your business. This could be anything from your hardware, to your virtual office set up via phone / blackberry / software / office connections via ADSL / WIFI etc
• September: HR: Caryn  Conidaris- MD The Human Practice
• October: Management and Leadership Skills: Barbara and Danny - Directors MetaCo
• November: Final Session

We will have a series of top businesswomen chatting to us about how they did it. There will be a finger lunch at the end of the workshop and you will be able to mix and mingle with some of the past speakers, as well as top businesswomen including Donna McCallum of The Fairy Godmother Inc (probably one of the most popular speakers on the circuit now.)

Certificates Some people were not able to attend during the school holiday period and will miss the certificate at the end of the year. The committee has agreed that should these participants attend the sessions that they missed next year, then they will receive the certificate after completing those workshops.  Others will receive their certificate at the final workshop.

The committee values delegate’s feedback on what has been covered and what is still to come and looks forward to seeing more at the remaining sessions.
