The BusinessWomen's Association is a platform for the inspiration and empowerment of Women. BWA Soweto Branch in Parntership
with the Business Partners is offering a great opportunity to our members, to participate in our Small Business Entreprise Support Programme. ( sme toolkit support programme)
The programme is aimed at our Micro Businesses or Start up business women who need support to take thier business to another level.
Entreprenuers need a lot of information and advise to help start or manage their businesses with various aspects of thier day to day operations

1. HOW TO START OR RUN YOUR OWN BUSINESS
- Business Registrations; An Accountant; Lawyers;Business Banker; Mentor; Taxes etc
2. BUSINESS PLAN
- Developing your Business plan
- Creating a vision for your Business
- Determining what you are good at and what you would like to do
- Figure out what the Market needs
3. CREATE YOUR OWN MARKETING PLAN
- Knowing the purpose of your business
- your Target Customer
- your Business Positioning
- Marketing Tactics
- Market Budget
- Benefits for your Product of Service
4. Finding Financing
- Applying for financing
- Pitching an idea at potential funders
5. Financial Management
- Insure your business
- Managing Debt
- Accounting Knowledge i.e dealing your Bookeeper or Accountant
- Preparing your Financial Statement.

3. Be Available for all 5 Sessions.

July 21- Finding Financing
September 22- Financial Management

Cost: R200.00 Commitment Fee
kindly note applications are open for only 25 Participants, and closes on the 16 March 2012 at 17H00 PM. A cOMMITMENT FEE OF R200 WILL BE
CHARGED FOR EACH SESSION.
