With a background in accounting and finance, Rehema's experience spans major corporations in the financial and banking sectors. She has consulted for companies in various industries including power utilities, banking, the mining sector, government institutions, small businesses and IT companies, where she has led a number of strategic projects. Renee Silverstone

Reneé Silverstone is CEO of The Jupiter Drawing Room (Johannesburg), which bills in excess of R1-billion per annum.

Reneé has always had a flair for the dramatic and even as a young girl in Bloemfontein she suspected she was destined for fame. She decided after tenure at Wits studying English and Drama that her talents would be better spent in business.

So she exited the world of theatre and took centre stage in the boardroom. Her performance was noted and at the age of just 24 she was appointed to the board of Grey Phillips, one of the country's leading agencies.ÂFull Profile.

Mr Mthunzi Mdwaba is the Group CEO of Torque IT, South Africa, a company dedicated to Computer Technical Training Solutions. He was recently appointed Deputy CEO of The Kelly Group.

Liepollo Phoko

Ms Liepollo Pheko serves as the Policy and Advocacy Director at an organisation called the Trade Collective. In this capacity she conceptualises and designs training curriculum on a range of economic and social development issues, conducts research and analyses on development and socio economic models and builds networks and movements across Africa as well as with international partners. Nina Joubert

Nina is the chairperson of the Businesswomens’ Associations Cape Town Branch. She has been involved with the BWA for over 3 years.

Nina is an Associate Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she provides various accounting and advisory services to the Financial Services Industry. She completed Bachelors in Accounting and Honours in Accounting at Stellenbosch University after which she completed her articles with PricewaterhouseCoopers, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) in January 2003.

She is married to George and is blessed with two beautiful children, Kayla who is 3 years old and Niell who is 10 months old.
